Quinoa and Prunes for Breakfast

Take a normal size bowl of quinoa in the morning for breakfast. This whole grain has a high amount of fiber, phosphorus and protein. Add some prunes, which are also rich in sorbitol and fiber. Sorbitol is a perfect laxative.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup of rice milk
  • 1/3 cup of cut prunes
  • 1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil
  • 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 cup of water
  • Half cup of quinoa

Take one small pot and put one cup of water in it, then add one teaspoon of grated ginger, a pinch of nutmeg and half cup of quinoa. Mix it very well and let it boil. After that, decrease the heat, cover the pot and leave to boil for another 13 minutes. Add the rice milk and prunes. Next, cover again and cook for another 5 to 6 minutes. Before using, add one tablespoon of flaxseed oil and mix it well.

Ginger, pineapple and kale

Pineapple has bromelain that improves the digestion, and ginger helps the bile flow in the gall bladder. Kale is cleaning the kidneys. You will need a juicer for this remedy.

Ingredients:

  • Half cup of fresh mint
  • 1/4 inch of ginger
  • Fresh squeezed juice from half lemon
  • 2 normal size cucumbers
  • Half a cup of pineapple
  • 1 bunch of kale. Remove the stems

In your juicer put all the ingredients mention above and mix them very well.

Detox Drink with pomegranate, lemon and pineapple

You won`t need a juicer for this remedy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of pomegranate juice ( no sugar added)
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1 normal size lemon
  • 3/4 cup of pineapple juice ( no sugar added)

Put all the ingredients in glass mix it with spoon or fork and your drink will be prepared. From this amount of ingredients you will get 4 servings, which you should consume through the day.

Veggie snack

Chop cucumber, radishes and celery, or any other fresh vegetable and mix them all very well. Add pepper, salt, lemon juice and olive oil. Take this healthy snack as much as you like, during the day.

Fruit Smoothie for Lunch

Ingredients:

  • ¼ banana
  • ¼ cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon of ground chia or flaxseed
  • Half a cup unsweetened plain almond milk
  • A few cubes of ice

Place all the ingredients in your blender and mix it well until you get a smooth mixture.

Blueberries are rich in quercetin, flavonoid that improves the work of your immune system and is perfect for the liver. Bananas has a great amount of vitamin B6, which is a crucial for detoxification of the liver. Ground flaxseed is rich in omega 3 fatty acids which are incredible for the brain, and it has fiber that is perfect in removing the toxins.

Vegetable Broth Soup for Dinner

Ingredients:

  • Half a cup of cut parsley
  • 8 sprigs of chopped parsley with leaves and stems
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped oregano, fresh
  • 2 tablespoon of paprika
  • 8 cups of water
  • 1 chopped cabbage
  • 4 normal size chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 cup of sliced shiitake caps
  • Fresh ground pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons of caraway seeds
  • 1 chopped fennel bulb with stalks and fronds
  • 2 chopped celery stalks
  • 2 chopped red onions, normal size

In one large pot , put all the ingredients, except the chopped parsley, and add the 8 cups of water. Turn on the heat, boil it and after some minutes decrease heat. After that, let the mixture boil for about 30 minutes. When is done just add freshly chopped parsley.

Fennel will increase the flow of bile in the gall. Garlic improves the function of the gall bladder and of the liver. Cabbage is perfect for detoxification for kidneys and liver. Shiitake mushrooms increase liver enzymes. The soup can also be served with sliced apples. Sauerkraut has probiotics that protect your GI tract. Apples can improve the work of the kidneys and liver.

You should follow the following rules for best results:

  1. Never ever eat after 7 in the evening.
