Banana baked bread donuts

For this healthy breakfast you need these ingredients :
– cooking spray
– 1 cup whole-grain flour
-2 bananas , mashed
-2 tablespoons of coconut oil
– half teaspoon baking soda
– ¼ teaspoon salt
-1/4 maple syrup
-1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 1 egg
– half cup of chopped walnuts
How to make it ?
- Heat the oven to 200 C , and lightly spray a donut pan with cooking spray. ( Tips: if you don’t have donut pan , you can use your pan to make one big donut )
- In a large bowl mix well , flour , salt and baking soda , and put on side.
- In another bowl added all other ingredients : banana , egg, chopped walnuts , vanilla , maple syrup, coconut oil and mix smoothly.
- Combine both web and dry mixtures
- Put dough In plastic bag or in a pastry bag if you have one. If you put the dough in plastic bag just cut one end ( corner ) and firmly press the bag , so the dough will be placed to donut pan.
- Put the prepared mixture in oven to bake for 15 minutes or until you see that the donuts are golden.
