Ingredients:

  • ¾  Frozen Berries ( blackberries or blueberries)
  • 1 Small beetroot
  • ¼ Mint leaves
  • ¾ Almond milk
  • 2 Tablespoons of squeezed lime or lemon juice
  • 1 Teaspoon of ray honey
  • 1 Tablespoon of chia seeds.
