Cauliflower pizza

What you need ?

  • 1 cauliflower head ( about 1.5 kg )
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Half cup sliced mushrooms
  • Half cup sliced red pepper
  • Half cup sliced fresh basil
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 70 grams of mozzarella cheese
  • 15 grams of parmesan cheese
  • 20 grams of baby spinach
  • Two egg white
  • 2/3 of sliced small tomatoes

Directions:

  1. Heat the oven to 190 degrees C
  2. Get half of the cauliflower and put it in a blender and wait until is processed well. After this, put cauliflower on pan on baking paper sheet. Repeat the same procedure for the remaining cauliflower. Now just spray the processed cauliflower with cooking spray and put it in oven and bake for 25 minutes on 190 C degrees. After 25 minutes take cauliflower from the oven and let it cool.
  3. Now its time to increase the heat of the oven to 230 C degrees.
  4. Take the mushrooms and put on oily pan on medium heat for 5-6 minutes.
  5. Take the cauliflower and drain well until is dry. Now mix the other ingredients : one tablespoon of olive oil , basil , parmesan cheese , egg whites , a small amount of black pepper , salt, garlic , mozzarella cheese in one large bowl. With your fingers press the cauliflower mixture in 2 circles and put again on over baking paper sheet on pan. Spray with cooking spray.
  6. Bake on 230 degrees 23 minutes or until you it become crispy . Take out from the oven and now put on mixture mushrooms , small tomatoes, remaining basil, a little amount of black pepper, and remaining mozzarella cheese. Now bake for additional 8 minutes. Your perfect healthy dinner is now ready.
