You need to follow the lemonade diet in a period of two weeks. With a usual diet during this period of time , you can lose approximately 12 pounds, and if you avoid all kinds of bread, sweets and sugar from your diet, you can decrease your weight up to 15 pounds. If it is required, the diet may be repeated but with pause of at least 1 month.

Losing Weight With Lemonade Diet

At the first day, you should start with preparing the lemonade with lemon juice from one freshly squeezed organic lemon, diluted with 2/3 mineral water. The lemonade should be consumed immediately after you wake up the morning on an empty stomach.

After that, rinse the mouth with a weak solution of baking soda (half a cup of water with 1/3 teaspoon baking soda) to neutralize the acid and to protect your tooth enamel. During the day, the food consumption is normal or slightly limited. You should only avoid eating anything after 7 pm.

In the next days every morning the increase the quantity of squeezed lemons by 1, up to 6 lemons, the proportion of dilution with mineral water is the same.

After that, take one day pause of drinking lemonade in the morning. Mix fresh squeezed juice of 3 lemons and 3 tablespoons of raw organic honey with 3 liters of boiled water. Drink this liquid during the day, without consuming any other food.

From the eighth day on reverse, the program with the lemon juice should be applied, the number of lemons every day reduces until it reaches one lemon.

The final day of this diet is the same as the seventh day. Do not eat any food. During the day only drink  the fresh squeezed juice of 3 lemons and 3 tablespoons of raw organic honey with 3 liters of boiled water. After that, you can continue with your everyday normal lifestyle.
