At only 18 she got pregnant and that made her problem even bigger. She started eating enormous amount of food and gaining excess weight. Every doctor told her the same terrifying thing. If she continued that unhealthy lifestyle she wouldn’t live for more than  six months. This information forced her to take instantaneous action which completely changed her life.

She knew that she must  fight for her own life and decided to change her life for 100%. The biggest problem was the junk food she was eating everyday. She began eating healthy, only home cooked meals and refuse the junk food completely. She throw out sodas and chips and turned to healthy snacks which made her feel energized and full.

In only year and half she handled to go from 150 to 65 kilograms by only removing processed food with  carbohydrates and high amounts of sugar. She lost 90 kilograms in less than year and half with strong dedication.

Here’s the incredible diet plan which helped her lose 89kg:

Breakfast

  • 2 eggs
  • mushrooms
  • tomatoes
  • A bit of bacon with peppers

Lunch

  • Boiled or baked potatoes with chili

Snack

  • Yogurt or Fruit

Dinner

  • Spaghetti with cheese and tomato sauce.

Now she remembers the days when she had excess weight  and how difficult it was to do the most basic things, like walking to the supermarket. She had enormous back pain due to the excess weight. Today she is a true inspiration for all and even was even awarded “Woman of the Year” title by the Obesity center.
