Tuna salad with avocado

-1 normal-size avocado
– Half cup of pico de gallo( also called salsa fresco)
-2 tuna fish gluten-free cans
How to make it ?
First you need cut the avocado in half. Then, with spoon separate avocado flesh from avocado skin. Next , separated avocado flesh put in some bowl. After that , you have to add pico de gallo and mix it very well. Next step you have to do is to open the tuna fish gluten-free cans and put the tuna meat in the same bowl and mix it well. You can serve this tuna salad with whole-wheat crackers, or whole-wheat pita bread.
